Let me just throw out a disclaimer right now, this is a largely experimental translation. Lots of classical grammar in this, which is not my forte.

I was a huge fan of the original non-vocal song, then I discovered that this existed just today,  and felt largely compelled to attempt it.

they’ll be born somewhere, they’ll disappear somewhere
just like dreams and fantasies

何処かで生きて　何処かへ逝くは
泡沫のように

doko ka de ikite doko ka e yuku wa
utakata no you ni

They’ll live somewhere, they’ll die somewhere
just like bubbles soon to burst

揺れる花
ひとつ大きく咲いた花でさえも
いつかその身散らすのは

yureru hana
hitotsu ookiku saita hana de sae mo
itsu ka sono mi chirasu no wa

The swaying flowers
even the single flowers that bloomed grandly
someday will scatter themselves

振れる花
烈しく生きたその命が褪せるも
それは定めと想うのみ

fureru hana
hageshiku ikita sono iro ga aseru mo
sore wa sadame to omoi nomi

The waving flowers
whose colours of life that lived so brightly will too fade
I only imagine that as fate

そうして、遙かな時の流れを思うとき。
現は、夢の如く。

sou shite, haruka na toki no nagare o omou toki.
utsutsu wa, yume no gotoku.

Like that, when you think of the far stream of time.
Reality, will seem as a dream.

花は幻想のまま、在るが故に。
全てはありのままに。

hana wa gensou no mama, aru ga yue ni.
subete wa ari no mama ni.

The flowers will remain as fantasies, therefore.
Everything will remain as is.

いつか出逢って　いつか別離れて
全ては廻る

―soshite
itsu ka de atte itsu ka wakarete
subete wa meguru

―Thus
someday they’ll meet, someday they’ll part
and everything will cycle

萌える花
受け継いだその命を抱えながら
貴女らしく咲かせよと

moeru hana
uke tsuida sono iro o kakaenagara
anata rashiku sakaseyo to

The budding flowers
while bearing the inherited colours of life
They say to make them bloom just like you

震う花
まだ何も知らぬと言うに等しくば
その命若くいとおしく

furuu hana
mada nani mo shiranu to iu ni hitoshikuba
sono iro wakaku itooshiku

The trembling flowers
if it’s similar to saying they know not yet a thing
then their colours of life are young and precious

そうして、あまねく花と同じく育つなら。
現は、夢の如く。

sou shite, amaneku hana to onajiku sodatsu nara.
utsutsu wa, yume no gotoku.

Like that, if they all grow the same as flowers far and wide.
Reality, will seem as a dream.

いつしかその命、空に還すまで
願うはたった一つ

itsu shika sono iro, sora ni kaesu made
negau wa tatta hitotsu

Until before long, and they return their colours of life to the sky
I only wish for one thing

咲き誇れ、大輪の花。ただ強く、凛と。

saki hokore, tairin no hana. tada tsuyoku, rin to.

Bloom with pride, grand flowers. With naught but strength, and dignity.

遙かな時の流れを思うとき。
現は、夢の如く。

sou shite, haruka na toki no nagare o omou toki.
utsutsu wa, yume no gotoku.
