The touhou wiki has the song title as “Let the Sounds of Those Shoes Resound, with Your Hands” in English, but personally, I think that’d be more fitting if it said 「その手で」 in the title instead, so here we are with this one. Lets see, this song would seem to be about Meiling all alone back in China, waiting to be taken in by someone (Who, as we know, would come to be Remilia). It’s neat to see how it changes from “for someone” to “for you” throughout the song.
One of the stranger words from this song would have to be 生まれ溢れて. Actually, its whole stanza there feels pretty ugly in English as I have it, but there’s not much you can do there I don’t think.

今はまだ、どこかに埋もれる
価値のない
ガラクタのようなものでも、
ima wa mada, doko ka ni umoreru
kachi no nai
garakuta no you na mono demo,
Still as of now, buried off somewhere
though comparable
to trash with no value,
拾い上げて覗いてみれば、ほら。
輝くものを
大事に抱えています。
hiroi agete nozoite mireba, hora.
kagayaku mono o
daiji ni kaketeimasu.
if you were to pick it up and try taking a peek, just look.
You’ll find that you’re
preciously holding something shining.
“我一直在这里等着你”
“wǒ yīzhí zài zhèlǐ děngzhe nǐ”
“I’ll always be here waiting for you”
それは私のどこからか
いつか生まれ溢れて、
心、満ちゆく音色。
sore wa watashi no doko kara ka
itsu ka umare aferete,
kokoro, michi yuku uta
Someday to overflow with birth
that’s my from somewhere,
heart, filling song.

for the sake of the one whom I offer to this body

For the day when I’m received
